You can’t fly without the work rate and people around you! Track Tuesday has been a pivotal building block in Lldnslct ‘s 2024 TCS London Marathon preparation. Ahead of Sunday April 21st, they connected with Nike Running and their Van to get Alpha-flying around the track. Here's what went down:
